At the heart of this Dairy Delicious event will be interactive\, dairy-themed activities and experiences\, including exhibits\, games and hands-on activities. \nWestfield is thrilled to partner with Summit Station Dairy\, a multigenerational dairy farm with a proud history rooted in the Hamilton community.  Farmer Ben will be doing milking demonstrations throughout the day. Stop by the General Store to buy an ice-cold bottle of Summit Station milk to enjoy! \nVisitors can look forward to historical cooking and baking demonstrations using dairy products\, a milking demonstration\, take part in butter churning\, ice cream making\, and more! Dairy equipment\, old and new\, will show the processes and science of dairy production. Q&A sessions will take place throughout the day to provide insight into dairy farming.
