PA DAY FARM TOUR

Looking for something to do with the kids on a PA Day? Join us on a tour of the farm!
One of our farmers will walk you through the barns to see the cows. You’ll have a chance to get up close and personal with our baby calves, and we’ll bring you into the parlour to see the milking in action (you might even get to try milking a cow). Throughout the tour try and spot our mascot, the real-life ‘Valentina the Heart Cow’!
This is a walking tour lasting about 75 minutes.
Please dress for the cold weather as most of the tour is outside. The tour is suitable for strollers, walkers and wheelchairs, but please be aware there are uneven and mucky surfaces. While we love our pets, the cows sometimes get nervous around them – so unfortunately dogs are not allowed.
Summitholm is an active working farm. For your safety, as well as the safety of our staff and animals, visitors are not allowed to wander the barns unaccompanied. Signing up for one of our guided tours is the best way to see the cows and learn about modern dairy farming.
Children under 2 are free.
