EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and start time of the event. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event start time may be transferred to a different date/time of the same event type (if available). Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the event date/time may not receive a refund or a transfer. When you register for an event at Summit Station Dairy, you agree to these terms.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds on event tickets purchased through the Summit Station website will be applied back to the credit card used for the original purchase. If you haven’t received a refund immediately, please be aware that it can take 5-10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If you don’t see your refund after 10 business days, please contact our office at (289) 505-0800.
AGRITOURISM NOTICE:
Under Ontario law, an agritourism provider is not liable for the death or injury or illness of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if that injury or death or illness results from the inherent risks of that agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury inherent to land, equipment and animals as well as the potential for you as a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
