Everything you need to know about our policies
Our on-farm store refund and returns policy lasts 30 days on all non-food merchandise. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include Gift Cards and Perishable Goods – including but not limited to all Summit Station milk, flavoured milk and cheese curds, fresh baked pastries and cookies, frozen meats and prepared meals.
REFUNDS
Return items are required to be received back in store and inspected. If return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be provided via cash or applied to your debit/credit card at the clerk’s discretion. You will be given a paper receipt acknowledging your return and refund.
EXCHANGES
We only replace merchandise items if they are defective or damaged.
We will offer exchanges on Summit Station milk, flavoured milk, curds or other dairy products if you are dissatisfied with the quality. You must bring the product into the store in its original packaging and discuss exchange with the store manager.
